The Art Behind Every Slice
Great sushi begins long before it reaches your plate. Our chefs season the rice by feel, slice each fillet against the grain, and press every piece to the exact warmth of the hand. The fish does the talking — bluefin tuna, buttery escolar, sweet amaebi, and rich toro, each cut to honor its own texture. For something bolder, our specialty rolls layer tempura crunch, seared fish, and house sauces into one unforgettable bite. The ingredients are served in small portions, which is very thoughtful: it allows you to try more flavors. The milk tea is delicious. We truly appreciated Joanna’s smile and service. She is smart, friendly, and helped us make the best choices. This is a restaurant loved by everyone, from the elderly to young children. We’ll definitely be coming back often.
